During this BEGINNERS ONE DAY WINE COURSE you will compare, contrast and discover wines from around the world; improve your tasting skills and take home practical tips for Wine and Food Matching. One of the most enjoyable ways to develop your senses and spend time with like minded people!
You will be introduced to the tools of wine tasting to help you understand the structure and nuances of any wine that you taste. All wines are tasted “blind” so that you learn to judge quality by tasting the wine in the glass and not just by its label.
You will also taste exciting wine styles and grape varieties to help you discover new wines to buy and why you like the wines that you currently enjoy.
Our professional and passionate experts will pass on insider tips to help you navigate the pitfalls of buying wine in shops or restaurants, giving you more confidence and success when entertaining clients or friends.
What will I learn?
- Through swirling, sniffing, sipping and spitting, all wines are tasted blind. This will help you to judge the quality of any wine through tasting and not just by looking at the label or price tag.

This is a friendly and personal Introduction to Wine Tasting and no previous experience is necessary.
Please check your specific venue page for exact details, but most Mayfair venues expect smart casual. ( no shorts and sports wear). At Camino things are a little more relaxed.
