Although many of us had different levels of knowledge and experience with wine, we all enjoyed participating in the course and felt that we learned a great deal through Liz’s instruction. I particularly enjoyed making the Port cocktail and nibbling on the different cheeses and chocolates with each wine style. Yum! Who would have thought that Port can be so versatile… My only advice is, make sure you drink plenty of water during the class.
