Nick’s Level 1 course was outstanding!

Although many of us had different levels of knowledge and experience with wine, we all enjoyed participating in the course and felt that we learned a great deal of content and confidence through Nick’s instruction. Nick’s considerable wine making knowledge and experience as well as his practical guidance helped us to work through evaluating various aspects of each wine.

At the end of the course, we all agreed that the course was excellent, Nick was a fantastic instructor, and that we looked forward to Level 2!
