Italian wines are challenging and diverse. One of the oldest and largest wine producing countries, with 1000’s of grapes varieties to master, getting to grips with it all can be confusing. If you know where to look, there is a rewarding wine to discover for every palate and price point.

Each region has its own special identity and style, from the mountainous vineyards in the north to the sun drenched islands in the south.

In our capable hands, the Italian Wine and Food Course will take you on a vinous tour through the best Italian Wine Regions.

Guiding you through old favourites such as Soave, Chianti and Barolo, we will also introduce you to some exciting new wines and up and coming regions.

Nick’s Level 1 course was outstanding!

Although many of us had different levels of knowledge and experience with wine, we all enjoyed participating in the course and felt that we learned a great deal of content and confidence through Nick’s instruction. Nick’s considerable wine making knowledge and experience as well as his practical guidance helped us to work through evaluating various aspects of each wine.

At the end of the course, we all agreed that the course was excellent, Nick was a fantastic instructor, and that we looked forward to Level 2!
