Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need any prior wine knowledge to hire the London Wine Academy to host a Bespoke corporate wine tasting??

Not at all. Our events are designed to work for mixed groups and all levels of experience. The format is relaxed, accessible and easy to enjoy.

What if some guests dont drink alcohol?

We always accommodate non-drinkers. They can still take part in the sensory side of the tasting, and we can arrange alternatives in advance where needed.

How many wines will we taste during the day?

Most events include between six and eight wines, depending on the format and duration. We will recommend the right selection when we discuss your requirements.

Can you host the event at our office?

Sometimes, yes — but it depends on the space and logistics. In many cases, a private venue or one of our London partner locations gives a smoother overall experience, and we will advise you honestly on what works best.

Is food included?

Yes. Food is included and is often an important part of the overall experience. Depending on the format, this may range from cheese and charcuterie pairings to more substantial multi-course wine and food matching experiences.

Will guests receive a certificate after the event?

Certificates can be included for more structured formats, such as tailored classes or education format tastings. Let us know when enquiring if this is something you would like included.
