Changing your class
The London Wine Academy understands that life is busy, and things are bound to change. As a result, we will always do our best to help you with your class change request.
You are welcome to submit your change request up to 4 weeks before the class date. A £25 admin fee per person applies to a change request.
If you’re unable to attend a booked course, you are also welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. Please do take the time to let the London Wine Academy know as soon as possible. Additionally, we ask that you submit any changes with at least seven days’ notice.

The London Wine Academy gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, giving you a full year to book and attend a course.
We understand that you may need a little more time, and so, we may be able to offer a one-time extension of up to 3 months. There is also a £25 admin fee per person applicable here. This extension must be arranged before the gift voucher expires. Once you are sure you need to process this extension, please submit your change request on this page.
If you’re no longer able to use your gift voucher, you’re very welcome to give it to a friend or family member. Alternatively, we’d be happy to offer you a discount on a future booking.
