Our talented tutors will take you on a journey of discovery to wild, far-flung regions of the wine world and help you understand that perhaps you do actually like a White Burgundy. Or perhaps, what it is that makes South African Chenin Blanc so special.

The London Wine Academy will join you step-for-step on the exploration into the complexities of terroir, the nuances of flavour, and the discovery of your favourite production methods. Deep diving right into the artistry and magic of winemaking, you’ll be along for an informal, informative ride into the wonder of white wine.

Along your journey of discovery, you will explore how terroir influences a wine’s character and discover just how different production methods shape white wines’ unique qualities. You will unearth how factors such as oak or stainless steel affect the flavour profiles and quality of each wine. And most importantly, you will know once and for all just what wines you prefer.
